Candidate was required to conduct a virtual interview and attend to interviews. Candidate had to take a microsoft skills assessment test which was challenging if you do not use specific tasks on a daily basis.
The interview process was professional, structured, and clear. Communication was timely. Questions were fair and relevant. Although I didn’t get the position, it was a valuable and respectful experience overall.

1. phone interview screen with a recruiter 2. in person interview with local director and CID 3. zoom interview with SVP 4. Interview with two other regional directors. Two weeks after 4th interview I reached out to HR contact, no response. A few days later, received a generic rejection email. Process took about two months.
