I first had a phone interview and on that interview I was told to do a video interview and some assessments. After those had been completed and reviewed I got called for an interview in the office with my supervisor and another administrative associate. The next day I had coffee with the other members of the team I would be working on. Finally I had a one on one meeting with the executive director of the office.
