Interview
I went through several rounds of interviews for the position with HR, the local ED, and SVP. I was emailed late on a weekday and asked to come in the next day for an in-person interview. Unfortunately, I was out of town and offered to meet virtually. I never heard back from anyone despite my attempts to follow up.
It is important to note that I applied for the same position a year prior and was told I didn't have the qualifications. When I reached out to ask what they were looking for so I could focus on professional development, they sent me a video interview and a personality test, which I completed over the weekend, only to receive the EXACT SAME letter from HR saying I didn't meet qualifications.
