I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association (Augusta, GA) in Nov 2013
Interview
First I applied online, then I was setup with a recruiter that contacted me by phone and gave me more detail about the job. Next I had to take a personality test of some kind. Then I interviewed with the regional director in the area for about an hour. The interview was extensive and the interviewer asked detailed questions regarding situations and previous employment. Lastly, I met the regional director to go through a Skype interview with someone even further up the chain of command. Once again, the questions were tedious and required a fair amount of preparation.

Interview
Typical screening phone call, first general interview then a full on 2 hour interview. Challenging, grueling but doable! Expect to give many situational examples, show you are goal oriented and that $s matter the most.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at American Heart Association
Interview
The interview process was very easy. It started with a pre-screening phone call from HR, followed by a virtual interview with leadership and a second virtual interview with regional leadership. The process took about two weeks total to complete and I received communication the whole time. I was also able to have a meeting with a fellow Youth Market Director to help learn more about the role and got to sit in on a planning meeting with teachers.
