Three rounds of interviews: first was with the hiring manager, second was a panel interview with the team, and third was with the director. All interviews went well and I went above and beyond for the panel. Hiring Manager was not very responsive. I had to send multiple emails to her to receive updates on my candidacy. Eventually was told that they are 'moving in a different direction,' which I wouldn't have known had I not sent those follow-up emails. Waste of time!
