I was contacted by the recruiter to interview with the team. The interview consisted of many common questions and was more behavioral than technical. When it was my turn to ask questions the team members were reluctant to answer the questions and only the hiring manager made an attempt. I think they were going through the motions since the hiring manager already had someone in mind and felt like a complete waste of time. Not a place I would like to work based on my experience.
