This is a PSA to all. Proceed with caution. Do not apply if you do not want to be strung along for months!!! This was the absolute worst interview/application of my entire life!! And I've been in the workplace for years. Went through an initial cumbersome job application, a phone screening, a skills assessment, another more detailed application, an interview with some hiring managers, and another with a regional manager. So disrespectful of my time and it made it hard for me to assess where I was in the process and how to communicate to other organizations that I was interested in. The more I went with this process, the less I liked and respected them. This was NOT a high level position. I think they need to get over themselves, they are not all that, respect your candidates and treat them with dignity or you will lose the good ones. I hope and pray that people reading this will take my experience into account and that will help them avoid this disturbing experience. Being a job candidate with AHA is bad for your health!!! Do better!
