I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association in Jan 2016
Interview
I spent quite a number of hours, both preparing for the interview and taking the interview. First is a phone screening interview with HR. Next comes a personality test, followed by a video interview of 6 preselected questions; you are given 30 seconds to read the questions before your timed answer is recorded. The next step is a SKYPE interview with the direct manager. This is followed by an in person interview with the direct manager, the VP and the local director. This is where my process ended.

I interviewed at American Heart Association (Lexington-Fayette, KY)
Interview
My interview process was very quick and accelerated. I quickly received a response from the local team regarding my application and was scheduled for an initial, in person interview that next week. I quickly proceeded to 2 virtual interviews with other members of the regional team. Each interview was very thorough and reflected the priorities of each of the team members I interviewed with. I was able to ask a lot of questions and get a good glimpse into the company, the role and the culture. I felt like everyone was direct and candid and wanted to make sure I fully understand the role and the expectations of the company.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at American Heart Association (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Overall the process was thorough but drawn out. It started with a video interview, followed by a call with a recruiter, and then two zoom interviews with the hiring manager and various other team members. I applied in early March and it took almost a month to be contacted for the video interview and each interview after that was spaced at least 2 weeks apart. The interviewers were very warm and welcoming and asked thought provoking questions.

Applied online in their platform. About a week later received an invitation for a one-way video interview that had to be completed within 4 days. A week after that, received a phone interview request with a recruiting director, then the following week did an interview with the Executive Director and VP for Communications for the region.
