Truly was a 3-round interview process. 1) Initial phone interview from the AHA recruiter (had me complete a skills test on PowerPoint, Word, Excel before 2nd interview). 2) Second round Teams video interview with the reporting manager. 3) Was able to choose in-person or Zoom video interview with the SVP. I chose an in-person which I assumed would be at AHA but the SVP had us meet at a coffee shop which I’ve never had happen before. I loved this approach even though it stressed me (wasn’t sure how to prep) and I got to see the SVP on a more human level. From application submission to job offer it was 55-days. The longest wait was getting the initial interview which took 2.5 weeks. The 2nd interview was a week after and the 3rd round was 2.5 weeks later. It took 1.5 weeks for them to extend an offer.
