American Modern Insurance Finance Intern interview questions

I was interviewed by 3 different people. The question were very easy. They are very bad with following up after interviews. It took me ten days to hear back from them. They acted like i had the position by saying that i was a good candidate for the position and adding me on Linked In. They lead me on and did a poor job of following up.
