Applied online and roughly 3 weeks later I received a call from an HR recruiter asking me to come in for an interview. I interviewed a week later at HQ with two gentlemen. VERY easy-going, yet straight to the point. They read my resume as guidelines and asked me all basic interview questions about my prior experiences, and a few easy behavioral questions. Two weeks later I was given an offer of employment. Very smooth process, and seemingly very helpful employees in HR that care about who they employ.

Interview
I had an initial phone interview. Two weeks later in person interview with two employees in a ballroom. Very casual however the management is much different today. It was not a difficult experience.
