American Modern Insurance interview questions

HR sold the company well and was a complete professional. However it appears her hands are tied when the business partners get involved. I spoke with two, they directly contradicted each other on job responsibilities, and clearly didn’t understand the job. A panel interview was scheduled , I did work for it, then cancelled and completely ghosted. I already had a better position lined up but even if not wouldn’t have accepted an offer with company due to discourteous approach encountered throughout the interview process. Always a good indication of the company culture - if they treat you that way as a candidate it would be 10x worse as employee.

Due to Covid19, all face to face interviews were on MS Teams. Applied online. 2 weeks later got an email for a phone screen with the recruiter. Scheduled that for the following Friday. Screening went well so I was schedule for a video interview with my potential supervisor. This was space out about 1 week. Interview went good. Was asked STAR method questions. Was told I should here something with 2 weeks. The recruiter called again a few days later asking to set me up with a 2nd video interview with the Regional Manager. Interview was scheduled for about a week out. Interview went good. Questions were based on a getting to know you and see if you will be a good fit for the job. I was able to ask lots of questions.
