I had a phone interview with the Corporate Recruiter almost two weeks ago. She asked me some questions regarding my background and said that she would review my information with the hiring manager and be in touch early next week. I still have yet to hear back from her which is incredibly disappointing. I won't be applying to this company ever again.

I submitted my app online and recruiter reached out next day. She said she wanted me to meet the hiring manager and set it up a few days later. Met with the hiring manager and then was ghosted by the recruiter. I followed up multiple times and received no response. Very unprofessional. I may not have been a good fit, but at least respond to my emails.
