Situational-based format. Leans strongly on whether candidates values align with company's. Can find most of that information on the company's website and HR sends a packet on the interviewing process in advance. 3-4 interviewers. Some additional experience-based questions.

The first phase will include contact by the recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager. There will be a group of Engineering managers for the interview process.
