Behavioral Interview Process
The first phase will include contact by the recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager. There will be a group of Engineering managers for the interview process.

Interview
Situational-based format. Leans strongly on whether candidates values align with company's. Can find most of that information on the company's website and HR sends a packet on the interviewing process in advance. 3-4 interviewers. Some additional experience-based questions.

Casual, friendly environment. Character questions. How you would respond in team situations, how you solve problems, why certain values are important, etc. Two interviews, one with HR, one with department head.
