Was contacted back soon after applying. We met in person and chatted for about 30 min. The staff was open to investing in an up and coming hire. They took me through a walk of their factory.

Interview
2 interviews. First with the Sr. Quality Manager and HR Admin. 2nd with Sr. Quality Manager, Quality Manager, HR Admin. Tested in Excel and profile at 2nd interview. All interviews were thorough and friendly. Not sure that they were really looking to fill the position.
