Initial phone screen with some baseline info about salary and role. Also included some soft skills assessment questions such as about handling adversity, etc.
Second round interview with direct supervisor. Questions about work process related to specific job role.
Third round interview with VP. Received an email 1 hour before the interview cancelling based on interviewer's travel schedule. Questions involved process knowledge about the specific role, more soft-skills assessment.
