Also included some soft skills assessment questions such as about handling adversity, etc. Second round interview with direct supervisor. Questions about work process related to specific job role. Third round interview with VP. Received an email 1 hour before the interview cancelling based on interviewer's travel schedule. Questions involved process knowledge about the specific role, more soft-skills assessment. I had to be very proactive about rescheduling and confirmation throughout the process, often texting and emailing multiple times to get a response. I was told after the 3rd round I would hear back relatively quickly, and was then ghosted.
