The hiring process was fairly straightforward and very thorough. There were three rounds: a screening call, an in depth onsite, and a final call with the CRO. The onsite included lunch with the team, followed by several rounds of interviews, each geared towards evaluating a different skill set (ability to think like a product owner, ability to present to customers, ability to understand analytics, customer success skills.) I was very impressed with the entire team and the level of thought that the Director of Customer Success puts into each new hire. Every person I met is extremely driven, passionate about the company, and looking to be challenged by each team member, regardless of experience and level. They work hard and have a lot of fun together at the same time. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting them all and wish them the best of luck as they continue to build out their team. From what I have seen, anyone who joins would be lucky to be part of the Amplitude team - keep up the hard work!
