Pros

The people, first and foremost. Some of the most competent and genuinely enjoyable colleagues I've had in my career, and EMEA leadership in particular is top-notch. I've also thoroughly enjoyed working with cross-functional senior leadership in-region and globally to shape decisions well beyond my own remit. Few companies give you that kind of seat at the table, and fewer still actually act on what you bring. Compensation is strong and the perks hold up in practice, including heavily subsidised lunches, unlimited snacks and drinks, transportation benefits, lifestyle reimbursements, an attractive ESPP, plus travel for annual and mid-year kickoffs. Mostly though, you can tell people here want you to succeed.

Cons

Honestly, not many. There was a busy stretch of change earlier this year with the AI-forward pivot, but that comes with the territory at a company moving this quickly.
