I applied via the website on a Sunday and heard back from the recruiter the next day asking to schedule time to chat. We connected later that week and she was a mess. Barely could get words out and maybe asked me one question! I spent the time doing her job and asking about the role, salary, etc. She said she wanted to move me forward and connect me with the hiring manager, so someone from her team would be in touch the next dat. Fast forward two weeks after an unanswered email, I see the job title has changed. It would have been great to receive an email notifying me of this. If the recruiter is representing the company, best of luck to them because the future looks bad.
