Was very straight forward. Really had a good structure of what the next steps would be and how to prepare for the interviews. First round is really introductions and how you present yourself. Next step is more of how you will perform in the position. Final round is getting to know the whole team.

Phone interview, came in and met the team for 4 hours, interviewed with each member, went to lunch with the CEO...and that was that.
