Had negative experience during the hiring process. Everything began smoothly and I had 2 first interviews and I was asked for new four interviews and the scheduled all the slots for them
But after the first one which was a panel where I demo and present a topic of my choice. No feedback after it and no questions during the interview
The day after where I had new interview I had no show from amplitude team and during one hour I was looking for any information why they had no show
After it I was informed by head hunter that I did not convince them during the panel which is something I can understand but they did not take time to send an email to cancel the next interview !

Within 1 week, there were 2 invitations for an initial phone screen and behavioral phone interview. I was rescheduled 3 times, 2 of which was for the second interview within the same day. Team Lead reached out once more with news that I am no longer wanted (noted above).
Friendly advice, if I was not a great fit to start, please be transparent. There is no need to constantly reschedule just to push me off and prolong time to wait for your ideal candidate to update you on his/her decisions. (this may by far be the rudest interviewing process I've ever encountered)
