First a recruiter screen, then you meet with the hiring manager, followed by multiple XFN 1:1s. Some XFNs thought the role was for a different hiring manager and a different job scope altogether, other XFNs didn’t even know they were on the interview schedule. Process took over a month and in total I met with 7 individuals which seemed excessive. I caution anyone applying for a role at amplitude.
