There were two rounds of interviews. The first interview with hr talent acquisition asking general questions about experience and amtrak then the second interview was with a panel and more job specific and behavioral questions on zoom

Interview
A nightmare. I got the initial email asking for more info and how excited they are to talk to me. I sent them what they asked and then silence for weeks. The recruiter then apologized and asked if I'm still interested. I said yes and the would set up an interview and some forms to fill out the following day. Nothing ever came. I tried reaching out but was met with silence. After weeks of not hearing anything I get an automated email I'm no longer a candidate. It's one thing to not be qualified, it's another to be strung along for over a month.
