Tell me about your current role and how it relates to this role.
In person interviews with all the people in the NY office then flown out to Ada, Michigan for a full day of interviews with 7 people, 1 hour each. Met in person with HR and moved to several conference rooms to meet others across all cross functional teams.

Interview
Rigorous- 4 hours long with multiple interviews. This included a tour of the facilities following the 5 or-so interviews. Everyone was extremely pleasant, but it was definitely a draining process.
