The process consisted of four rounds:
1. Recruiter Screen
2. Engineering Manager Interview — A deep-dive into previous projects and technical implementations.
3. Pair Programming Session (with two Principal Engineers) — A one-hour live coding session discussing design decisions, trade-offs.
4. Final Interview (Director + Senior Principal Engineer) — A mix of culture and values questions alongside detailed discussions about past implementations.
