Submitted resume and cover letter online. They reviewed it that afternoon, and emailed me to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was two days later, they called me, and they called 15 minutes earlier than our appointment time. Glad I was prepared! He asked me about my interest in the company and the specific position, if I'd had [position specific] experience, let me ask my questions, and then advised me the plan for moving forward. It was a fast but pleasant discussion.
