Very Smooth Interview, the guy was nice. He even told me when I can start or join the company. I did not except this rejection but everything happen for a reason.

We discussed all my resume. All about what I am doing and what I will be doing with Ankura. The hiring manager took like 3 pages of different notes. the interview was almost 1h.
The interview process included an initial HR screening followed by two technical interviews that covered my experience and problem‑solving skills. The process concludes with a partner fit interview focused on culture and communication (which I did not reach).

Interview
1. Initial Interview - with Director/Senior Director
2. Technical test - Case Study
3. HR Interview - online interview since HR is based in the UK
4. Final Interview - with Senior Managing Director
The final interview was with two SMDs, and one of them started to specific questions about LGBT stuffs which made the interview super awkward and displayed a certain lack of professionalism (same also happened with the Senior Director who interviewed me during the technical interview); was mainly due to this reason that I decline their offer to join.
The proposed salary was also below average, I was offered only HKD20,000, for someone with 4 years Big4 experience, it sounded like a joke.

Relatively relaxed, move at your own pace, attitude due to off-cycle and experienced hire process. Spoke to multiple people from all levels and completed technical assessment with a mid-level manager.
