Easy enough process. A phone screen, take home assessment, live scheduling, and then a virtual interview. Did receive an offer and didn't get feedback but still a neat process. Would apply again
basic questions and then had a live exercise which you completed with others on the live call with you. it was fairly straightforward to answer and get to by explaining yourself
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anthropic (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
3 rounds of interviews plus assessment: -Initial screening -skills evaluation assignment -5 back to back interviews with HR staff and engineers When I found out that I will be meeting with two engineers even though I was applying for an HR role, I was kinda surprised. Both of them were impossible to talk to. One of them was constantly yawning and eating throughout the interview. The other engineer interviewed me while walking on a treadmill. Both instances were extremely distracting and ultimately affected my interview performance. Regardless of the unprofessionalism during the interview, the whole process was very quick. It took about 2 weeks and the HR staff were polite and communicative throughout the process.
