I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Apex Group (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
1. CV submission. 2. HR call 3. Team Call (Competencies questions) 4. Technical exam 5. Senior leadership face-to-face interview. I was reached out via Linkedin. The HR manager was the most pleasant HR manager I ever had contact with. The interview went exceedingly fine. The semi-quick response back to set up interviews with team leads. The interview had fund accounting-related questions. Nothing difficult but you have to get familiar with lingo and accounting focused on funds. The technical interview can either be in Accounting or Excel and it's done in premisses.
