Was initially contacted by a recruiter and they were great. Had a good conversation and was sent on to Phase 2 for a group interview. Phase 2 was ok. It was a group of 5 people, but only one of them, the Team Lead, asked the majority of the questions. It was a weird experience for me especially because the other 4 pretty much just sat there and watched and didn't say much which made for a nervous environment. One person left the meeting in the middle which I thought was pretty rude. The Director for the software was a part of the process and they asked a few questions but mostly did explaining about the role. Overall, it was an interesting experience.
