Submitted portfolio, three rounds of 1-hour long interviews with different team members and one manager. I was initially not offered the role, then offered the role a couple weeks later, which told my that something must have fallen through with their preferred candidate.

Regular. A phone interview for about 30 minutes. The hr was very nice and kept me updated about the decision-making. The second interview was with the manager. But I didn't get to the second stage.
