Stage 1: Telephone Interview with HR -friendly, personable HR Stage 2: In person Interview with HR & CFO -CFO arrived late for the interview and worked on his laptop during the interview. Final Stage: I was sent an email on a Thursday entitled "Follow Up Re. Next Steps" from HR. I was booked for a telephone call on a Monday, which ended up being a rejection phone call. My advise to HR is to not leave people hanging over a weekend to wait for a rejection phone call. The call also sounded very scripted. My advise to your CFO. Even if you are not going ahead with a candidate and you know this before you sit in the interview, give the candidate your time and attention. This will help reflect your work culture and values better, if mutual respect between management and employees is amongst them. I think ApplyBoard offers a great service and has so much potential to offer, but please put some time and energy into hiring an experienced management team and also smooth out the interview process. I think what sometimes gets forgotten during interviews, is that the interviewer is also 'interviewing' the company. Even if a job is not a mutually good fit, you never know when and how future collaborations may be made on a professional level, so it is always a good idea to leave a good impression. Unfortunately, ApplyBoard did not, at this point in time, do this for me. I wish ApplyBoard all the best in it's journey ahead.

It was an ok interview process, there were questions and they asked numerous ones. They were nice for the most part. A little unprepared, they were. After it started there were other questions.
