I've heard of SPEED dating, however at ApplyBoard, I was introduced to SPEED RECRUITING. From the moment I joined the video call : The recruited asked ME what questions I HAVE... and, apparently if you don't ask the right questions, you are not short-listed. In less than 3 minutes, the recruiter had made up his mind without asking me even ONE question. The decision was definitely based on age and looks, even though I have a picture on my LinkedIn profile and not on experience and qualifications ....which is very discriminatory. Doesn't say much of the culture of the organization. I hope the 3 owners/brothers read this review.
