I was referred by an internal employee . In 4-5 days , screening with the HR was organized. So far the worst HR I have ever met. I am not sure why she was in a hurry. In 10-12 min she wrapped up the meeting. After I answered the question there was a weird awkward silence. She did not say anything about the company or about the role, in fact she was reading definitions from google to counter my answer, clearly she don’t have mind of her own.
