It was a very rushed first phone interview, think there may be quotas or pressure on the recruiter to ask a certain number of questions. I think letting the candidate atleast answer the questions would help, I felt rushed and couldn’t do my best. Then I was told I wasn’t through to round 2 then told a few days later I was.

Overall, interview was great - coordination to be improved.
The recruiter expected prompt communication but then took 36-48 hours to respond. I was given a window of two days for my first interview, provided availability and we booked a time. She then cancelled that interview, without explanation or follow up. I followed up - waited another 48 hours for response. I found this incredibly unprofessional. The interview process is a two-way street and I felt quite disrespected. I considered cancelling the interview but given I was unemployed at the time, I felt no choice but to consider moving forward with it. If I was securely employed, I would have cancelled.
Anyways, overall - interview questions, conversation, etc. were great. Well structured, perfect for a 60 minute interview, etc. But their coordination was sloppy.

Question 1
This role particularly focused on mitigating conflict with clients... unhappy with services, etc. It came across as a role that's expected to fix whatever the account manager screws up. I'd be prepared for questions on how you handle damage control and if you feel comfortable with mediating conflict (I got the impression daily) with customers.
