Short and disorganized. I only went through the initial screening interview with a recruiter. The position had changed from a Team Lead to a Director, and it paid about 2/3 of what I was already making as a Team Lead elsewhere.

Detailed yet very comfortable, Insightful. They evaluate you on cultural grounds and what you will bring on the table if selected. This was the first interview, I attended where the interviewer briefed me well on the job role and organization.
