I was really looking forward to this interview since ApplyBoard is a company I’d been interested in for quite some time. However, this was easily the worst recruitment process I've ever experienced.
My call with the recruiter was the first step. The call felt incredibly rushed. We were booked in for 25 minutes and it only lasted about 10 minutes.
The recruiter's tone and questions were very rude. I don’t know why I was given a screening call when it was evident the recruiter had no interest in my application. I wasn't given an opportunity to ask questions either.
At the end of the call I was told that I'd receive an update the following week. No one ever followed up with me.
I thought this may have been a one-time bad experience but after reading some of the other reviews here, it appears to be the norm with ApplyBoard.
