I am sorry to hear that you felt this way, and the most concerning part of this review is the poor communication on our end. Which I plan to address ASAP with our recruiting team. I am truly sorry about that. With regard to the fact that we USE the designs that people send is silly. Not only is it not true, but its not even good business as the people we are interviewing do not know our brand / product / users as well as our current design team. The reality is that our design test gives us an opportunity to be respectful of your time, and not bring you in, spend 2 hours of your time and then find out that really you are not a good fit for us. It also gives designers an opportunity to talk through their thought process for the decisions they made during the in person interview. Which for me as a business owner is the most important piece of the process. I'd strongly suggest taking a less skeptical outlook on life & business. Most people are not out to get you. However, I can only speak for Apptopia when I say that we are just trying to be respectful of your time and our teams time. Sorry you felt otherwise.
