The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aquent (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2011
Interview
Recruiter was haughty and closed minded.
Her schedule changed and while I attempted to fulfill her timing needs she threw it back on me that my shifting the schedule would not be taken so kindly by others... and SHE was the one who changed the interview time.
She didn't care about me nor my skills and did no questioning to consider where I would fit in the big picture.. she was only interested in filling one position. Had no vision to strategy. Did not build a good rapport as someone I want to trust with my career nor would trust in using to find talent (as my current role requires both skill sets).
Long process, went through 4 stages. First with an initial recruiter, then with a manager, then with someone higher up, and then another with someone even higher. It was drawn out over 4 weeks.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aquent
Interview
It was a four round interview process with managers and senior level leadership. Pretty standard interview questions, a lot of meet and greets, wanting to understand your background and how it pertains to recruiting. They are really looking for a good personality and culture fit.

Question 1
Describe some of your most successful sales or deals you've done that you've been most proud of.
It was one phone screen with the internal recruiter and two rounds of interviews. It moved very quickly. They were great at communicating throughout the whole process. From screen to offer, it took around 2 weeks at max.

I can’t remember the exact questions. It was a very good interview experience. I felt comfortable and it was more of a conversation than a Q&A session.
