I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aquent in Jul 2022
Interview
I originally reached out to a recruiter on LinkedIn, and we arranged a time to talk on the phone in mid-July 2022. I had applied for opportunities at Aquent and Vitamin T, but was either ignored or rejected. The recruiter I met with seemed really excited about the job, and asked the standard line of interview questions. I had some additional questions after that. They then quoted me a start date of July 25th or August 8th. My first choice was the July 25th start date, but I was happy to take the August 8th start date as a fallback. I sent the thank-you note the day after the interview, then sent an email to follow up a week later, both of which went ignored. I never heard back from them, and after seeing similar candidate experiences, I hope I never hear from them again.
