I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aquent
Interview
The process was disorganized. Phone interviews were rescheduled. The job description wasn't accurate and the recruiter didn't understand the role which was vastly different from what the posted job description stated. The process was one phone screening, one editing test, and one video interview that was about 30 to 45 minutes. The interview was very rushed. Follow-up emails were required to sort out at least part of the true job description although I didn't get all of the facts until after I started.
