5 Interviews with different levels of management, questions were repeated multiple times - they could have cut out an interview or two if they shared notes. I had an in-person, phone, video and panel interview.

phone interview, 2 in person video conference interview and writing sample. The initial interviews were great, the poor experience comes from the lack of follow up from the recruiter. After spending over 5 hours in the recruitment process, the lack of respect to return phone calls or emails to receive notification of position status was disappointing. No response was ever given.
