Initially, the Aquent rep seemed very friendly, but as the interview process continued, it was clear she didn't know key details about Aquent's policies and benefits, even general details of the role (e.g. which brand the role would be focused on, what the main priorities/responsibilities would be), wasn't taking my questions seriously, and wasn't working with her client to get answers. The Aquent rep also devolved into providing really basic, somewhat condescending advice (e.g. "be positive, but not too positive," "send a thank you email," "show up on time") even though it was very clear I was not junior in my career and these were foundational givens for interviews.
Shortly after a few rounds of interviews with numerous people on the client's hiring team (which all seemed to go well, as I was progressing through the rounds and projects quickly), everyone went silent and even disregarded email communications, including the Aquent rep. Very unprofessional.
