Initial phone screening interview, this went very well and at the end of the call I was told I would be suggested to interview with the hiring manager. I was told I would hear back as to when this interview would take place, I did not hear back. I emailed an heard back several days later. I met with the hiring manager who seemed unlike any other Arc'teryx employee I had met, meaning he seemed very angry. It seemed like he had already decided on the candidate he was hiring and the entire interview felt negative and like a waste of time.
