Interview process was held at head office with two hiring managers. Casual dress code and very friendly conversations. They had me write up a mock email on how I would respond to angry emails.
Quick and painless - interviewer was clear and told me all the information about the job. no wasted time on either end and we agreed it maybe wasn't a great fit for now.

Everything was so positive about this experience!
It seemed as though they put effort into getting to know me on a personal level, and value that over what may just be on a resume. All my conversations felt really comfortable and relaxed, thought provoking questions were asked, but nothing too out of left field.
