This is a company that has never heard of panel interviews. I had 3 interviews and was told to wait over a week for a decision. When I followed up, I was asked to come in for a 4th interview instead of hearing results. Seriously? I went in for a 4th interview for this retail position and it was a complete waste of time. They disrespected my time and pretended they were unaware that it was my 4th time interviewing for the position when I brought it to their attention. If you can’t make a decision after one interview, learn to ask better questions.

Easy interview with mainly behavior-type questions. Seems like a good place to work, but the management is very unorganized. Seemed like I did very well in the interview and was told I'd likely hear back soon. Then I was ghosted and ignored for weeks, even after I sent an email asking if I was still being considered for the position. Still haven't heard back after several weeks.
