Interview
I went through a 15 minute phone screen, 90 minute work test, and 30 minute zoom interview with the director of operations. I really appreciated that I received relatively quick communication if I had any questions or they needed to tell me something, After interviews, I generally received updates within 2-3 business days. The interview questions I was asked were logical, straight forward, a bit predictable, and made sense for the role. The one strange part was that I was never asked any questions about my specific technical skills in relation to the job description. As an example, the JD listed sheet metal design as a requirement but I was never asked if I knew anything about sheet metal. The questions focused much more on general communication skills, working with vendors, and what drew me to the company.
The process consists of an initial recruiter screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and concludes with a final stage where a presentation is required as part of the evaluation.

Interview
Applied over company website, invited to schedule a Zoom interview a few days later. The interview was about 30 min with the main hiring person, who spent some time describing the company and the role and then asked me about my background/experience. Some time for me to ask questions at the end. Overall a pretty stiff interview, was unsurprised to get an auto-rejection a few days later.
