All remote at the time, met team members and CEO. Each interview made me more excited about working here. I was asked a mix of traditional and behavioral questions, asked about non-traditional background relevant to this position.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arcadia Science (Berkeley, CA) in May 2023
Interview
My initial zoom interview was very brief. The interviewer couldn't answer any of my questions as they related to facilities management, HR, finance, or administration, all of which are essential job responsibilities for the role. I was told they would "be in touch" to discuss next steps and then received the dreaded auto rejection email about a week later.
